  • Garden & lawn maintenance for commercial and strata clients 
  • Perform basic maintenance activities such as weeding, pruning, hedging, and mowing to keep landscapes in good condition.
  • Learn and apply proper techniques for lawn care and plant maintenance.
  • Gain proficiency in operating and maintaining landscaping tools and equipment.
  • Assist in equipment setup and cleanup during various landscaping tasks.

  • What You’ll Do

    • Maintain lawns & gardens for Strata clients.
    • Mow, edge, trim, weed, prune, and hedge to keep landscapes in top condition.
    • Learn and apply proper techniques for lawn care, plant health, and equipment operation.
    • Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment.
    • Work efficiently as part of a high-performance team.
    • Communicate professionally with teammates and clients.
    • Follow safety protocols and take responsibility for your work.

  • What We’re Looking For

    • No Experience Required: We provide on-the-job training.
    • Skill & Attitude: While experience in trimming, hedging, and pruning is a bonus, we hire for character and work ethic first.
    • Physically Capable: Able to perform outdoor labor in all conditions.
    • Driver’s License Required: A valid BC Driver’s License with a clean record is a must.
    • Team Player: A willingness to learn, follow instructions, and work as part of a team.
    • Core Values Alignment: Passionate about working in alignment with our core values.

    • Competitive Pay: Starting at $22.50 - $27 per hour for entry-level positions.
